(a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights:(1)To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons. This requirement is not met as evidence by: S1's employement was terminated on 04/01/25. Site Supervisor stated Center Staff will complete a training about Children’s Personal Rights, Center policies regarding appropriate conduct when being around children, and Mandated Reporting. An attendance log with signatures will be submitted to the department 05/09/25 via email, mail or fax. Based on the observations and interviews the licensee did not meet the requirement of children having a dignified relationship with staff. As evidence by a child observing S1 dancing provocatively and pulling pants down, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care. 8 Via mail, email, or fax. Based on interviews, a staff (S7) yelled and spoke inappropriately to C1, when not wanting to nap. This poses an immediate health and safety or personal rights risk to the children in care. 8 might feel overwhelmed, and needing to step out of the classroom when not having control of the situation, and a child not cooperating with the situation in process. SS will submit proof of the "staff training" that was conducted in August 2023 to LPA by 11/09/23.
