Site Supervisor Ramm will email LPA the Staff Meeting Agenda by 5:00 PM on 09/04/2025. by C1 being left alone in a classroom for approximately 30 minutes on 08/29/2025. This absence of supervision poses/posed an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risks to persons in care. 8
