LPA Velazquez cleared the citation on site and provided a letter of clearance. This poses/posed an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in-care.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above when a staff member did not have proof of infant units in their staff file, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed the staff member working alone as a qualified teacher with infants.
LPA1 observing Laura Petersen providing care and supervision ot infants on 05/07/2024. 8 LPA was able to associate Petersen and provide D1 with a letter of clerance while on location.
