Based on interviews, staff confirmed that a child was left unsupervised in the outdoor play area for about seven (7) to eight (8) seconds, while everyone went back inside of the classroom. This poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.

Per licensee, the facility has not been tested for lead. Licensee stated that the children do not drink from the drinking fountains and only drink bottled water. LPA reviewed the regulation for Lead Testing in centers opened before 2010.
