The facility will cease the care of children enrolled under the age of 2 years old until the approval of the new license is issued. The Director and Assistant Director will take the Operations and Record Keeping Orientation. The facility is caring for children under 2 years of age prior to obtaining license approval. LPAs observed 3 children present in the facility under the age of 2 years old. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of the children in care.
