Based on record review 07/08, LPA observed the toddler component has at least 1 qualified teacher. Director provided LPA with a copy of S2s transcripts and course description. Documents are pending LPA review. Based on record review, the licensee and staff 2 (S2) are both toddler teachers; however, they do not meet the qualifications. LPA also observed licensee and S2 were out of ratio on 04/02 with 15 children in care and 14 children in care on 04/03.
