101223(a)(2)Personal Rights.(a)The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded with the following personal rights: (2) To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodation, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs.This requirement is not met evidenced by: 1 Facility Representative stated: Facility will submit the plan for sharing the playground, field area, what actions necessery to take when non enrolled children on the field, how will staff will know children enrolled in the CEC.Meeting will be conducted with staff members to go over the plan.Paperwork will be submitted to LPA by POC date. During the care ,child 5 (not enrolled in the licensed facility) violated child1`s(enrolled in the licensed facility)personal right`s which was confirmed by child 3 and child 4. Child 5 lifted child1 and throw to the side, which was witneseed by child 3 and child4. This poses potential Health and Safety risk to the children in care. 8
