This requirement was is not met by evidenced:LPA observed a school aged child in care, along with the administrator’s admission to providing care to a school aged child on more than 1 The licensee will immediately ensure that no school aged children are in care at the facility and will submit a written declaration acknowledging her understanding to the Dept no later than 09/29/2026 one occasion. Per Title 22 Regulations, the licensee shall not exceed the conditions, limitations and capacity specified in the license. 8
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in observation of the preschool classroom, the room was under major construction, no equipment or fixtures were observed. Walls beams and wiring were exposed and the licensee did not report to the department. No children were in care during todays visit which poses a potential safety rights risk to persons in care.
Based on interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, per facility representative Trena Lawson the facility has not tested for lead in the water which poses a potential health rights risk to persons in care.
