A signed roster of attendance, agenda and plan shall be provided to the department no later than 11/10/2022 time, Supervision shall include visual observation. This was not in compliance as evidence by interviews conducted with staff disclosed that the child was left in the restoom unsupervised
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed C1 the restroom washing their hands without visual observation. C1 was unsupervised for approximately 1minute, before staff was made aware. in which poses a potential safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
