Based on interview and record review, C1 was left unattended for approximately 7-8 minutes, therefore the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which posed an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 Facility will provide this citation/report to all parents and will have all enrolled parents and future enrollments for the one year, to this date, sign an LIC 9224 and maintain in child's file.

They can take the awake infants outside for play time, they are currently working on a sleeping schedule for all infants in care, as well as seeing if a tall enough partition can be obtain to minimize the sound throughout the infant room Based on interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8
(d) Upon the occurrence, during the operation of the child care center of any of the events specified in (d)(1) below, a report shall be made to the Department by telephone or fax within the Department's next working day and during its normal business hours. In addition, a written report containing the information specified in (d)(2) below shall be submitted to the Department within seven days following the occurrence of such event.(C) Any unusual incident or child absence that threatens the physical or emotional health or safety of any child. LPA reminded director wanamacher that all unusual events are to be reported no matter how big or small.
