Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one out of one objects, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Prescription medication expired on 02/2023.
Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision. The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time...Supervision shall include visual observation. This requirement is not met as evident by: 1 By POC 10/29/2021, Director stated that she will send a memo to the staff about ensuring that children are visually supervised at all times and will send proof to Licensing with the list of staff who was provided the memo. Based on observation, LPA observed that there was a child on the slide and there was no staff positioned where they can visually supervise the child. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety to the children in care. 8 During today's inspection, Director had staff position themselves where they can visually supervise the children on the slide.
