based on observations/interviews, Administrator of Child Care Center to place tightfitting lids on all waste containers containing garbage. Administrator to provide proof of correction to CCLD (matthew.sapien@dss.ca.gov), via photographs, by the close of business (5:00 PM) on 10/23/24. the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPAs observed three waste containers without tight-fitting lids, containing garbage, which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
