Furniture and equipment shall be maintained in good condition… This requirement was not met as evidence by: 1 Director Linda Scott states will bring the playset to good repair or the playset will be replaced. The Director will provide proof to the Department by due date 02/09/2024. Based on interviews and observations, the facility did not ensure the play equipment in the infant playground was in good condition. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to the children in care. 8
