LPAs observations of a spilled dark brown, dried substance on the bottom of the Director, Doreen Blake agrees to have the refrigerator in classroom #6 cleaned and submit a photo and have a staff meeting on proper sanitizing with a signed agenda to Community Care Licensing by 03/14/21. children's refrigerator in classroom #6. Children rotate into diffferent classrooms every 40 minutes for different themes. LPAs observed the items in classroom #3 not being sanitized prior to transitioning children into a different classroom. This is a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
