Addtionally, between September 18 and 19, six kindergarten children were transported in a rented vehicle without appropriate restraint systems. Which poses a potential health, safety and or personal rights risk to children in care. 8 Additionally, name to face must include documentation of each child utilizing the appropriate restraint during transport daily.
