Staff interviews and record reviews revealed multiple instances of staff being out of ratio while caring for children. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights to children in care. 8 A copy of the ratio training agenda and staff signatures confirming receipt of training will be submitted to the Child Care Licensing Division, Fresno Office, by 12/31/2024.
Based on interviews conducted and information gathered, children were observed in a chaotic environment, climbing on tables and unanchored play furniture, on multiple occasions while the teacher was changing diapers. This posed a potential risk to the health and safety of the children in care.
