Based on interviews and records reviews, the licensee did not meet the regulatory requirements above, which poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care. The staff did not visually supervise Child 1; Child 1 ran out of the playground into the adjacent parking lot. Staff did not know until the parent informed them the child got out.
Based on observation and interviews with S2, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Upon entering the Pre-K classroom at 8:12 am, LPA observed (S2) alone, caring for 13 preschool age children which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
