Teachers will ensure child-teacher ratio maintained at all times. Teachers will also ensure there are enough teachers in the Toddler Classroom as needed to compliy the regulations. Upon arrival, LPAs observed ten (10) children with one (1) teacher in the toddler classroom, which posed an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risks to children's in care.
