This requirement is not met evidenced by: 1 Director states she will submit a detailed plan to ensure all children are being treated and disciplined in a manner that aligns with their personal rights to LPA by due date. Based on LPA's interviews conducted and record review staff did not conduct approriate discipline which posed an immediate risk to the health, safety and personal rights of the children in care. 8
