101161 Limitations on Capacity and Ambulatory Status (a) A licensee shall not operate a childcare center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation. This requirement was not met evidenced by: Per principal, she has submitted an application to increase the classroom capacity and is currently in process. Classroom Prek2 is currently being used by TK students. The principal will provide a written statement with the new changes. Based on record review and staff interviews, the facility was using a room that was not licensed, and they have 16 children enrolled in their classroom. This poses a potential health and safety risk to the children in care.
