Based on interviews conducted, S1-S2 stated C1 was given a donut and all staff knew C1 has a peanut and egg allergy. 1 The licensee has written up all staff, the facility has implemented a pocket list that lists all of the children's allergies. C1 did not have an allergic reaction. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care. 8
