Based on facility Lead sampling tests it was discovered that outlet (drinking water) marked as "C" on report in room B had high level of lead. This poses a potential risk to the health of children in care. 8 fountain since COVID hit in 2019. Director agreed to provide documentation that they will use the faucet of the sink for hand washing only and the drinking fountain is inaccessible. The director stated they would remove the fountain for the future plan.
