This requirement was not met as evidence by: 1 Director will send LPA Pringle a staff sign in sheet every day that states the staff present and number of children present for the next 5 days. Director will also submit a statement explaining how she will prevent commingling between preschoolers and infants moving forward. Through interview it was stated by Director and staff member present that during staff breaks the two (2) infants present are commingled with the preschool children which poses a potential risk to the health and safety of the children in care. 8

Statement will be sent to LPA by email by POC date. Based on interviews and record review, staff did not comply with the section cited above as staff are comingling the two programs, which posed a potential threat to the health and safety of the children in care. 8
