Facility has also begun coaching the staff. Additionally, facility agrees to enroll staff in a training pertaining to how to properly care for children. Proof of enrollment is due interference with functions of daily living including eating, sleeping or toileting; or withholding of shelter, clothing, medication or aids to physical functioning.
