1596.80 Child day care facilities, licenses: No person, firm, partnership, association, or corporation shall operate, establish, manage, conduct, or maintain a child day care facility in this state without a current valid license, therefore as provided in this act. This requirement is not met as evidence by: 1 Beverly Kelly stated they will crease operation by end of bussiness day 07/20/23. Parents will be informed in person during pick up. Kelly stated a notice of closure was will be given to parents. Based on observations, interviews & record review, the facility was found to be unsafely operating without a valid license. The facility does not meet requirements for exemption from Licensure which poses a immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to persons in care. 8
