This poses an immediate Health and Safety risk to children in care. 8 Director will continue to provide the status and updates via email to LPA Lilli Babcock - lilli.babcock@dss.ca.gov, regarding the sink faucet located in RM 4 along with fixture replacement service order and required documentation; facility sketch, LIC 9275 & LIC 9276 within 30 days in order to clear this citation.
