Based on staff interviews, a child (C1) was left alone without supervision at the playground for approximately 5-7 minutes during the transition period. The mother of the child arrived for pick up and found C1 alone and crying and brought back inside the facility. This poses an immediate health, safety and personal rights risk to children in care.
