Based on LPA observation, the facility did not comply with regulation stated above as the facility was using a blanket and a Boppy for sleeping infants inside the cribs. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 Facility director and owner also stated that the facility will remove Boppy pillows entirely in the facility. Deficiency cited today will be cleared.
