interviewing 8 staff in the 1 The assistant director agreed to send a plan that children who are sick will be isolated from the other children. The plan will be sent to LPA's email address by the due date of 10/20/2025 infant/toddler program and LPA's observation on the inspection date of 9/29/2025 that a child who was sick in the infant room was not isolated from the other children. This is a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
Based on record review, the director did not comply with the section cited above in Staff#2 and Staff# 4 do not have a mandated reporter certificate on their file on the day of the inspection which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
