Based on four staff interviews, on 02/05/24 due to water leak in classroom#2, facility was closed. Facility did not report facility closure on 02/05/24 to the department. This poses a potential health, safety and personal right risk to the children in care.

"License" means a written authorization by the Department to operate a child care center and to provide care and supervision. A license is not transferable. This requirement was not met as evidence by... 1 Per teacher, Joyce Young, they will not use unlicensed classroom from now on. Based on staff interview, on 02/06/24 and 02/07/24, classroom #2 children occupied classroom#5 (kindergarten classroom) due to water flood. Classroom#5 is not licensed classroom by licensing. This poses a potential health safety and personal right risk to the children in care. 8

Per director children bring their own water and facility has bottled and filtered water for drinking.
