Based on record review, lead testing results indicated an ALE for two drinking fountains located in Rooms 2 and 4 which were tested on 07/03/2026. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care. 8 Director agreed to provide LPA with proof of completed work for the affected water outlets to permanently cease use by 09/21/2026.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there were 8 items considered poisons that were stored on a high shelf in the children's restroom between room 2 and room 3. While these items were kept out of reach of children, they were not stored behind a key lock or combination lock, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Based on the interview and record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. LPA was unable to review a completed transcript with Child Growth & Development course for S3. .
