Licensee stated that they have allowed children who were not designated for the toddler option attend the classroom as long as they fit the age requirement, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Based on observation at 10:56am, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed Staff #1 instruct a child to use the bathroom in the classroom while she was supervising 10 other children playing outside. The child walked down the hallway and entered into the classroom where the bathroom is located. The teacher did not have vision of the child once they entered the classroom, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
