Director Debra Cruz Hamilton placed the facuets out of order and stated they will be relpaced, restested and not put into service until they no longer have an action level exceedance. LPA Rubio received the facilities water testing results for Sink Faucet F & G sampled on 1/7/2023 with an Action Level Exceedance higher than the allowable limit.
