Staff MARGARET FISET has been working since 1999, her clearance is "in process" status and does not have complete clearance. Director was unaware of this and does not have access to Guardian system. Staff will get Live Scan done again today.Civil penalty of $100 is assessed for 1 day. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
