On 10/12/2022, LPA observed Clorox bleach bottles easily accessible to day care children which were stored under the kitchen sink cabinet. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care. LPA observed a child-proof knob cover on the kitchen door and child safety latches on the kitchen cabinet and bathroom cabinets.
