Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed, thumb tacks, push pin needles, 1 box cutter, bottle of roll on ink, permanent markers, white out pen, 2 bottle of lysol wipes , batteries in unlocked drawers, adult scissors, and a 10 inch carving knife in the bottom of an unlocked drawer, 12 picnic benches with chipped paint which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Director self reporting incident. On 4/22/2022, Child #1 walked out of his classroom and exited the building through the front entrance door unsupervised. This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care. 8 All staff are to review the CCL video SUPERVISING CHILDREN IN CHILD CARE CENTERS. Director is to submit a signed staff roster as evidence that ALL staff have reviewed the CCL video by May 13, 2022. An immediate $500 Zero Tolerance penalty is being assessed today.
