record review and staff interviews. 1 During todays inspection, Director provided a SIGN IN/SIGN OUT sheet for staff in room 74 to be used immediately. Director will schedule a SIGN IN and SIGN OUT training for all staff. Director will submit to the Fresno licensing Staff in room 74 are not requiring authorized representatives and/or parents to sign in/sign out children. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety or personal rights to children in care. 8 office a signed roster of all staff that completed the training. Training to be completed by 9/23/2022.
