ppb readings of 0.5 ppb or greater shall be rounded up to the nearest whole number, before comparing to the action level.(1) A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance. 1 During visit LPA confirmed lead results were posted. Facility will remove, replace or repair and retest outlet and will submit results and requested documents to LPA at cynthia.sun@dss.ca.gov This requirement is not met evidenced by record review of the lab report analysis from Outlet G30 taken 6/26/2026. Outlet G30 tested 8.5. Results indicate levels of lead exceedance. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care. 8 Facility provides children water through filtered water container/jug. Parent notification was sent via app"ClassDojo" on 8/24/2026.
