This requirement was not met as 1 Per director, the facility will place an order for a tight fitted trash can by POC date (02/16/2024). evidence by: Based on interviews with S1-S4 and LPAs observation the trash can in the toddler classroom does not have a tight fitted trash can for diaper disposal. This poses a potential health and safety risk for infants in care. 8

records review. During the review of staff and children time sheets, it was observed that on February 27, 2023 1 Interim Director states she will make sure that the facility is in ratio at all times. They will make sure that teachers show up on time for work. LPA will be sent a written statement by 04/17/23. at approximately 8:30 AM, there was one staff present with six infants; this placed the facility out of ratio. This is an emmidiate risk to the health and safety of children in care.
