Personal Rights. Each child shall be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment. LPA observed documentation that child #1 has had multiple incidents in the last 1 Site Supervisor created a Plan of Action specifically for child in question and it will be followed by Staff in the classroom daily. 8 months that stated child has either hit a child or staff member while in care. It was reported that child #1 hit another child but it did not leave bruising or marks on their child. This is a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
