Based on observation, interview, record review], the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPAs Garcia and Avalos observed Greta Sagherian interacting with the children in the classroom. Director stated she was a bible teacher and only attended the school for a couple hours per week and stated she was not fingerprinted.
