101700.3(b)(1) California Lead Action Level at Child Care Centers - , “A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance.” This was not met as evidence by. . . . 1 Lead Teacher stated the sink is no longer in use. The water has been cut off to the sink. If you turn the knob on, no water comes out. There is a sign which states not to use the sink. The water foutain knob attached to the sink has been removed. . . . based on record review, the facility had one faucet that exceeded that allowable levels of lead in the water. This is a potential health and safety risk to children in care. 8
