Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed during file review the facility was not cited for an exceedence of lead in 2023. LPA observed on 1/13/23 it was stated on the LIC 809 report there was an exceedenace of lead on outlet L-drinking fountain. LPA cited today 10/30/25. The facility showed proof of a follow-up lead testing 11/13/23 which showed no exceedances. The facility also showed all written directives completed. LPA will clear the POC today.
