The licensee did not have an LIC9227 Individual Sleeping Plan for two infants out of five files reviewed.

101704 (a) If a drinking water outlet test results in an Action Level Exceedance, the use of that outlet for drinking and food preparation purposes shall immediately cease until it is replaced and retested pursuant to section 101705 and returns a result at or below the Action Level. 1 The cancelled the use of the water source placing a plastic bag over it and a do not use sign near the water source. The director stated the water source will be repaired and tested and results sent to the LPA via email. Based on observation and records review the licensee did not complay with the regulation above in one of two water outlets in the infant center. The LPA observed the water outlet being used and the test results show that the lead level is above 5.5 ppb. 8

101700.3 California Lead Action Level at Child Care Centers (b) Testing results with fractional ppb readings of 5.0 ppb or greater shall be rounded up to the nearest whole number, before comparing to the Action Level. (1) A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance. 1 POC: Facility staff followed Written Directives in PIN 21-21 CCP for lead water testing. Licensing Forms completed; 9275, 9276 and facility sketch submitted. Notification will be sent to parents, and water outlet will be replaced and resampled. Director will email dianna.valdezsantana@dss.ca.gov with documentation. Based on lab report analysis water from outlet D (81.0 parts per billion). The same outlet was restested and called D30 (9.5 parts per billion). Outlet samples were taken on 07/08/2022 indicate levels of lead in exceedance. 8 Brita filtered water pitchers and use the other PASS sinks, are readily available for the staff and children.Director stated that she will submit new resample results to LPA via email to Dianna.valdezsantana@dss.ca.gov In addition to the results…
