101223(a)(2):The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights..To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. Director shall ensure she abides by the facilities sleeping arrangements and shall ensure preschool children are sleeping inside of the facility. During interviews with staff members, and a video obtained, it was revealed children were sleeping outside for about two days, which poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care. 8
