A child was left alone in a playground while being transitioned back to the classroom. A staff member noticed the child missing (about four minutes) and brought the child back inside the classroom. This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of the children.
Parent's Director, Suriati Cafaro stated that the facility will begin serving lunches on Monday, 12/12/22 and agrees to submit this information to LPA in writing by 12/30/22. Ms. Cafaro provided a menu starting on 12/12/22 during today's visit. were promised that lunches would start being provided as early as 09/06/22 and this service hadn't began as of 11/08/22. This service is not in writing, but was implied verbally.
