Assistant Director stated that C1 has been been disenrolled as of 1/26/2024. Assistant Director will also provide a plan of action that will be put in place should a similar issue arise and provided to LPA. The facility being aware of C1’s biting and not providing adequate supervision to prevent the other children from being bit, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
