Based on evidence (video) and interviews the facility did not comply with the section cited above in staff #1 vaping in infant 1 Director stated theres is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking/vaping, which will be strictly enforced. Staff #1 will be terminated effective today, 8/14/25. classroom on 8/12/25, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care 8
