POC: Per director there is nothing they could have done differently. Teacher picked up the child with in 1 to 2 seconds. Per director which is as soon as possible. Per director the child's eyes were opened when the teacher picked him up. LPA observed 1 infant on his back with his eyes closed with his head to the side laying on the floor carpet. This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.
