This requirement was not met as evidence by: Based on interviews and observation the facility did not have hot water during the first inspection 11/03/2025. 1 Per assistant director, the facility now has hot water. LPA observed hot water to be operable. Per S2, they utilize hot water to wash the children's utensils. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care. 8
